Terms and Conditions

1. OBJECT OF THE SERVICE

TERRACANTO Experiences connects travelers and residents with independent providers who offer artistic, cultural, educational, gastronomic, natural, sustainable, and/or community activities. TERRACANTO Experiences does not directly organize or operate any of the experiences listed on its digital platform or presented in a personalized itinerary.

2. LIMITED LIABILITY

TERRACANTO Experiences is not responsible for the safety, compliance, or modifications of the activities offered by independent providers, as these depend on weather conditions, safety, and the availability of artisans, experts, and members of indigenous communities.

Each provider is responsible for executing their service under the best conditions for travelers. TERRACANTO Experiences will not be liable for accidents, losses, damages, delays, or any incident occurring during the experience.

3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed through www.terracantoxp.com. TERRACANTO Experiences may retain a commission for curated itineraries. The traveler agrees to provide truthful information when booking.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Each experience may have specific cancellation policies set by the provider. In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, security, etc.), attempts will be made to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must respect cultural, environmental, and safety policies, as well as their hosts. TERRACANTO Experiences reserves the right to reject users who engage in inappropriate or discriminatory behavior.

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

TERRACANTO Experiences reserves the right to modify www.terracantoxp.com platform’s offer or conditions at any time and without prior notice.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

During the development of the contracted experiences, photographs and/or videos may be captured in which participants might appear. These materials may be used by independent providers, by TERRACANTO Experiences, and/or by third parties for personal, cultural, promotional, or dissemination purposes. TERRACANTO Experiences acts solely as an intermediary in the marketing of the experiences and, in this context, may use such images to promote activities, disseminate cultural content, or strengthen its institutional communication.

When it involves the development of an experience contracted by corporations, government, academic institutions, NGOs, or civil associations, TERRACANTO Experiences may disseminate the collaboration or the service offered with these entities through its social networks, digital platform, and any other communication channel.

Consequently, the participant or representative of the participating organization expressly releases TERRACANTO Experiences from any claim, liability, or legal action related to the use, publication, or dissemination of such images or the name of the company or organization.

8. USE OF IMAGES AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Platform content (texts, photos, logos, etc.) is the property of TERRACANTO Experiences or its allies and cannot be reproduced without written authorization.

9. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only necessary information is shared with providers.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Mexican laws. Any controversy will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
