In this sensory experience, participants are greeted with a welcome drink by expert mezcaliers/sommeliers in a beautiful historic building to discover the elaboration process, tasting notes, and technical sheets of four spirits/wines.
These immersive tastings are designed to celebrate socially, environmentally, and culturally responsible consumption, as well as the history of each product and the savoir-faire (know-how) of its producers.
These exclusive, high-quality products, crafted artisanally and sustainably, are a testament to a high commitment to the communities and ecosystems surrounding these beverages in Mexico.

Some useful concepts:
+ Sommelier: an expert wine taster responsible for making recommendations for the best food and wine pairing.
+ Mezcalier: equivalent to a sommelier, designating a connoisseur and/or expert in mezcal.
+ Tasting Notes: sensory characteristics such as aromas, flavors, textures, and sensations in your mouth.
+ Technical Sheet: describes the specifications and characteristics of the spirit, including production process, composition, properties such as type of aroma, color, body or flavor, acidity, and chemical composition, among others.
+ Botanas: refers to light food or appetizers served in small portions to accompany drinks and liquors.

Cooking class with mezcal or wine tasting
A fun and dynamic experience to learn the history of Mexican gastronomy and cook traditional recipes guided by an experienced chef. Participants cook one appetizer and two dishes, then enjoy the 3-course menu paired with seasonal mezcals or wines and a complimentary digestif.
